Just picked this up yesterday for my 6 year old twins! They loved it… they love Marvel characters but I grew up more with DC and am a huge Superman fan… so it was cool to play with them and see them so excited! Great game!

Main thing I'm excited for is that apparently the dev team is looking into a DLC pack later this year adding the remaining four Justice League members as playable characters, so I can run and fly around as Flash and GL like I wanted to from the get-go. Plus a few extra villains and dungeons wouldn't go amiss...

Thank you for this review! Been thinking of picking this up to play with the wife. She isn't a gamer, but likes the mainstream DC stuff. Pity the co-op mode doesn't play through the story.

Great review Vic! I’ve been impressed by several games published by Outright Games. My son is 5 and he’s enjoyed a Paw Patrol game and a simple but very cool Transformers game called Battlegrounds, which is really fun to play with him. This looks like another good one!

this game popped up on my Switch's news page a while back, but i wasn't too sure about it. not because of how kiddy it looks, but because it looked like you could only play with the Big Three, and i was right from the looks of it. the thing i loved the most about Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 was how the story brought together pretty much every corner of Marvel both with its cast of playable heroes and with the list of villains featured. they could well do that here; add more playable Leaguers and characters from other teams like the JSA, Titans, Doom Patrol or even Task Force X (a.k.a. Suicide Squad in G-rated), and villains like Luthor, Joker and Darkseid (even if they have to be softened). the DC Lego games have shown us how large the possibilities are. even so, this looks like a charming little game and i like the semi-open world that Happy Harbor is presented as here, as well as the plethora of alternate costumes. i might give it a chance on Switch or on Steam.

I had not ever heard of this game but found it for 10 bucks and I know my daughter is a gamer and loves superheroes! I'm potty training her and this should, thankfully it sounds, a great reward for taking care of business.

Nice to see Philadelphia bringing some joy to us outside of it! This game screams Victor Lucas and quite frankly meMe as well. Love to traverse cartoon style worlds as well as collect and level up. Watching you stream this legit sold me on it - Lego game vibes coming from it plus it’s nice to play a DC Themed game which is pseudo like Ultimate Alliance. #PlayForever 🎉🎉

The game looks cute but usually the Lego games fill the need to play kids games. May give this a try tho with the kiddo, she loves the Lego games so I'm sure she might like it.
