Not sure admiration is the word I'd use. More and more people keep buying them even though they could easily not do or just pirate them. If someone keeps giving you their money no matter how little you try, would you say no? These movies are high profit low investment projects. They are a sure fire cash generator for WB that's why they keep making them. Pity the low paid animators. They are the real victims here. If fans are gullible enough to check out these unwatchable, poorly made movies then that's their choice. They NEVER should of gave up on what was already built and established in all the DCAU from 2010-2020. I know a lot of the voice actors for those characters have moved on to other stuff, and RIP the GOAT Conroy, but they already had such an amazing world built and then they scrapped all of it to start over. I don’t fault any of the voice actors now, they have some really talented people, but the world they’re trying to build now and the characters just don’t stand up to what they already had. I do hope they can turn it around and give us another great animated universe but they’re off to a VERY rocky start so far.

I just found out that Beth Chapel is the Dr. Mid-Night in this movie (even though in the comics she was a post-crisis character but then again Blue Lantern Razer from GLTAS and Young Justice (RIP Young Justice fans, it's officially 100% over) is in this movie which makes even less sense as both of those are post-Flashpoint and Razer's appearance in YJ is even post-Rebirth. I mean Terry is post-crisis too but he's Batman and Batwing is Batman-adjacent) and he counted her as one of the "geezers" ?
