@@monsemaniaa in this universe? Barry Allen doesn't exist, and Wally West is the Flash we see in the series. As for what happened to Wally after the series, it's not explained in Batman Beyond. In the comics (that are considered a continuation to the series, but have some inconsistencies...), Wally became one with the Speed Force, like Bart Allen (Impulse) and Jay Garrick (the first Flash). Danica Williams, the Flash of the future, is able to speak with them through the Speed Force,.

@@omarsalem1219 Also Crisis on Two Earths was originally written as the bridge between Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. Although they ended up making some changes (mainly around Green Lantern) because the show was over by time they made it, you definitely still get DCAU vibes from it.

its wally west. When lex switches bodies with him he takes off his mask and he has red hair. Also when the JLA need to disguise themselves flash gets worried about his identity and batman points to everyone and says "Wally west, Clark kent, Bruce Wayne. Also, the lightning bolt logo only has 3 lines where barry's always has 5. wally can sometimes also have 5 lines on the logo but barry never has only 3
