The Judge's assertions are very disappointing 🤦🏽‍♀️. Failure to identify the man's controlling behaviour, sexual assault and abuse. The woman said the only reason she doesn't want custody of the children is because the man has threatened to stop providing for the children if they come to her🤦🏽‍♀️. This is awfully shameful and disappointing.

I understand your sentiment, but the law doesn't work like that. The court cannot give you what you didn't ask for. If you noticed the judge gave her ample opportunity to amend her claim by asking for custody irrespective of the man's threat of negligence, but being naive, she didn't take the hint. The man is a freaking narcissist.

I honestly think so, too. But I believe the woman does not have an understanding of what to do. The man has manipulated the situation and also brought a lawyer to intimidate her. The judge was good, but I believe she could have pushed for the woman to take full custody whilst the dad had access. But whatever the situation, this man, as you can see, will give her hell.
