The question we should ask ourselves, she the one that find the buyer herself? The agent was kind to connect them you and l know that some agent will never connect She want to outsmart the agent by giving her only fifty thousand instead of during the right thing. I don’t think he lied. You can be told something is N5 by an agent but after going back and forth, agree to pay N200 because the seller insists. I would say the buyer shot himself in the foot because he probably thought going to the seller directly would get him what he wants, hence why he decided to boycott the agent
