I feel the judge forgot to add that the guy has to also pay extra or double for giving him the car to work with the second time , he is making more money . The guy owes the lady 475, 000 naira before , and he is asked to pay 35k weekly to meet up with 475,000 he is owing this shud be a period of 3months and 2weeks . So normally before now ,if he wasn't owing ,he was meant to remit 25k weekly , for using this car to meet up with his debt they are supposed to add up extra 350k for the period of 3months and 2weeks he will be using the car to meet up with his previous debt. The guy is a smart criminal .his total debt is 825,000naira . Smart criminal everywhere , he knows he cheated her And made more money , but God in heaven will disgrace him. I hate wen guys dupe ladies , the girl should never be friends with him again .

The judgement took cognizance of the debt of N475,000 only. The normal recurring weekly payments of N25,000 would be piling up again. My suggestion is that the judgment payment of N35,000 should be taking as the weekly payment of N25,000 and the extra N10,000 applied towards settlement of the debt of N475,000.

The guy “may” have a genuine reason for not paying what he was supposed to, but for the fact that he did not tell the lady what her reasons were (it might not be the truth but the fact that u gave her the respect in the first place) Because I think the lady is soo sweet to buy u a car without even knowing where u even stay . The lady was just being a sweetheart to help a brother and the guy messed up big time, unfortunately for people that will come into the life of the lady after this would unfortunately not get her sweet side again

Agreements are mostly never honoured by people especially in africa.I have been in that lady's position before.You give someone your property for business and he uses it as his own property.He wants to give you money whenever he feels like. When you ask for your money,he will start telling you how he used the money to solve his problems. It is as if the property is his own.In most cases they willnot want to return your property.Getting it from them will be a tag of war For me I gave up on businesses where I have to surrender my property to someone else to bring me money on a daily basis. If am not Involved in it directly,i would rather keep it at home. Even just borrowing people your property is a problem these days.You give a friend your car and bringing it back becomes a problem. When he brings it back,he willnot tell you that he spoilt it. People in the court use statements like "he was disturbing me" or "he was giving me hard time" even when it is your property.Its like your kindness or being reasonable is seen as a sign of weakness which has to be exploited.I have a saying which goes like this "your stupid when you hand over your property to someone else and your wise when you refuse to do so."
