I think the song is about abuse. I went on Songmeanings and read people's interpretation and after I really thought about it, I'm convinced she was sexually abused when she was little. That's probably why the song makes her cry.

Yeah I think so too, and also there have been reports where she said she was assaulted sexually, or raped while working in a strip joint, or one time she stage dived and got assaulted or something like that.

“Pee girl” could also refer to that many girls when they’re sexually abused wet the bed past the age they should, i guess it’s all speculation though but still very interesting

I heard this song is about her struggling with autism which would always make her pee on herself and she was bullied because she always smelled like pee

iirc its about the vanity fair article that had her lose custody of her baby. the article alleged she was shooting up heroin while pregnant, and she uses "milk" a lot in this album as a metaphor for heroin. courtney says she was never sexually abused despite writing a lot of songs about it
