The reason you see shows that go off on time and without error (or injury) is because of the craft of the stagehand. They know the house, they know the set, and they know the timing. An artist is in charge of his show, but the stagehand is in charge of the stage. Any artist that does not respect that is an amateur (or a kid, like Beiber). I'm sure he'll wise up as he matures. And no - the talent cannot fire a stagehand... they don't work for him, they work for the house.
