I love Selena but i think Hailey is for Justin. Justin needs someone like her cuz i believe that Hailey gives Justin peace, which is something that Selena could not give him. I mean Jelena back then was messed up cuz the two of them have high profiles. They meet people, distance grows, their trust crumbles, broke apart, reunite, the cycle continues and then they gave up. Selena and Hailey are both good and loving, the two have always wanted what's best for Justin but they love differently while Selena is more on sacrifices, letting Justin be independent by himself while she subtly guides him although she also needs help , Hailey on the other hand is more on consistency, she stays and grows with him and that i think is what Justin needed.
