I was at this game in person and the energy in the first half was intense. The second half had me with my head in hands watching it all fall apart. It was a roller coaster of emotions until the very end when the entire stadium jumped in the air on that final TD. I was so happy to have them seal the deal at the end, what a relief.

Cannot believe I saw so many Chargers fans moaning on social media about the manner of a... VICTORY! Yes we nearly "Chargered" the second half, but we finally flipped the script!🎉🎉. I think a win like that is actually better in the long run, because it exorcises the ghost of Chargers past and gives the team and Herbert in particular a huge psychological breakthru moment to carry forward.

@@JohnLee-ud2gm call it a shared psychosis then. Whatever you want to call it, we have seen this before for decades. Chargers are notorious for losing these types of games. I'm sure he's definitely going to be a decently better than a average wr. He just has to hang on to the ball, herbert is putting it right in his hands... when he gets the consistency go up, we will see him definitely start to shine. He has proven he can get it done. Very good show gentleman. The biggest takeaway from this game for me was when they faced adversity, they found a way to overcome it and get the win. To me, that was so important because it changes the way the players think of themselves. Now they can start believing they will win the close games, even if the opponent makes a comeback like the Bengals did. Remember.. the Bengals were fighting for their playoff lives, and the Chargers still won. Great reminder why Harbaugh was brought in.. Bring on the Ravens!

If we let go of Palmer, who is just meh, and had a receiving corps of Ladd QJ and Tee and we just let QJ run crossers and slants and let Tee do those 80/20 balls, with Ladd cutting up the slot, add Tyler Warren in the draft, get a center… now that’s a brutal offense

The two negatives from this game to learn from: 1. Herbert not sliding. There was no reason for him to try to duke it out in that situation. I doubt we’ll see him do that again. 2. Sending the house leaving a WR completely open on the slant for the TD. That was just too easy for Burrow.
