You should focus all of your energy in working out your calves and only your calves

Think about what’s being used during a throw. Your core to help with tourque, probably calves and legs to strengthen base , Id also make sure to work hips and and shoulders for maximum flexibility

Hi I’m unsure you’ll see this but Herbert had an alarming amount of batted passes this year, some maybe due to short developing routes. My question is it appears that his launch angle has been much lower than the past 2 years, almost side armed. Has this been something you’ve noticed as well? I could just flat out be wrong though, curious to what someone like you would say about it. Thanks!

I'll take a mobile pocket passer over a running scrambling any day. Football is the ultimate team sports and getting everyone involved in the offense creates giant problems for a defense. Running backs catching passes in space, having the whole field has mark to hash mark to exploit speed mismatches. Plus the QB1 can see the whole field at once, timing routes create rhythm in the passing game. Rhythm is a synonym for relationship of receiver and quaterback. They can sync up and without much know exactly the sweet spot, over the shoulder, lead forward, basket high arch on a post pattern. Note you play longer being a mobile pocket passer than a run first.

What are “these assumptions”? And just because someone is breaking records doesn’t mean they are doing everything correctly when it comes to throwing the football. At the end of the day playing quarterback is much more than just throwing mechanics..
