I'm a HUGE Duck Dynasty fan and I was totally bummed when A&E decided to end the show!!! But ever since I found this KZbin channel, I've been sooooo freaking happy that I can still get my Duck Dynasty fill, even though it's Duck Commander. It's always been a HUGE dream of mine to go visit Duck Commander. If I had the opportunity to go visit them, THAT would make my year!!! I just lost my mom this past March, and I almost lost my dad too from COVID at the EXACT same time my mom passed away!! So getting the chance to visit them would absolutely be amazing!!! My mom would sometimes watch the show with me and she knew how much I loved watching the show, so she knows how much I would KILL to be able to visit their family!! I'm literally watching old Duck Dynasty shows and at the same time watching Duck Commander on KZbin during the commercials, THAT'S how big of a fan I am!!!😁

Not sure I'll get a reply on this, but that looked more like a black duck to me. I thought mottled were more of a Florida duck and the darker colors on the wings made me think it was a black duck over a mottled. Also, how were you boys able to know what it was flying, that's impressive in my books

I looked through a lot of pictures of mottled ducks and tried looking closely at their mottled duck and yeah it looks like it to me just kind of hard to tell at a glance

I’m pretty sure it is a black duck our mottleds in florida are more like mallard hen colors

Definitely a mottled by the color of its wing spectrum green and blue and light brown feathers on its back… buddy must have just been lost

@@quanrondo8468 yeah after looking back on the video a couple times it definitely has the green/blue spectrum which would lend toward a mottled instead of the purple of the blacks

Its an optical illusion with curved camera lenses. Gun Safety is #1 around here. Also, when Im walking back there is rarely a shell in the chamber.

Unfortunately season is over here for us in Louisiana and now the ducks are starting to show up. They have some honey holes up there in north Louisiana. I have an amazing little wood duck hole we hit a couple times a year but we didn’t do much on big ducks this season

I don’t have a bucket list duck anymore. I’m just jinxed when it comes to wigeon. I’ve killed enough woodies, blue wing teal, green wing teal, mallards, pintails and other ducks to sink a battle ship over the last 40 years. But I can’t for the life of me kill a wigeon. Maybe one day before I’m gone. 😂😂😂

The difference in flyaways is crazy to me. I’m in Delaware, mottled mallards and black ducks are common to us but gadwalls aren’t

In south Louisiana mottled ducks are pretty common in teal season or early season. Also during off season

Correct me if I'm wrong I don't think a true mottled has white in the spec either. The big difference is a blue slec for mottled and dark purple for black duck. Where I am I shoot more black ducks than mallards. Ps martin super impressive how you handle yourself in the comments!
