There have been some fantastic songs from Jim Steinman that other artists did first and a few that did them better than Meat Loaf but this isn't one of them. I don't think anyone could do this song better than Meat. Even more so than something like "Bat out of Hell" it just suits his voice and style. And having watched several awesome performances of the BOOH musical this year, its all about finding the right singer for the right song!

There is nothing natural or fun in the new crop of entertainers. 54 below really has quite a variety of talent. I think the young ones should go watch the veterans for some clues on how to connect.
