Thanks for talking to Justin. Saw him with Kyle, and really appreciated seeing him. Most of us will never come close to being an elite athlete, so it’s nice seeing they’re like all of us in humanity. But I would like to know what the players think about the Cubs not making a deal with Tucker and going to arbitration. Of course, they wouldn’t want to, but just wonder if they were as upset as the fans.

Great to see JS and kudos to you guys! I'm not sure who the leader in the clubhouse is. Happ is probably a leader but he seems likely the sort of leader by example rather than throw a rocket up someone or a great motivational speech. Not sure about Counsell either in terms of getting mad - maybe that's a bad way to motivate people these days. Plus you never really know what goes on behind the scenes maybe people were raging in May/June. Keep up the great work!

Great show guys, congrats. The Cubs have added to SP with Boyd and Rea. Carson Kelly fixed the catcher issue. We opened up a spot for Shaw. Bullpen pieces are ok but still need Kenley Jansen. Would like to get Pablo Lopez. Jed works stealthy. I’m still hoping on Roki!

If you go back and revisit last May and June. Alot had to do with injuries and lack of quality depth. Both Cody and Seiya were both injured and may have come back too soon. Then in June both Dansby and Nico were injured and also came back too soon. Hopefully our AAA depth can be an asset this year if and when injuries occur

This off season, Jed has done a great job: 1. already took care the catcher position 2. Add depth to SP 3. Got a corner stone superstar power bat 4. Add a lots of quality depth in bullpen. I don’t know what more you guys want? Maybe beside another top reliever ??? A back up veteran infielder. And maybe a top SP by trade. They already added more than 10 guys, with quality and quantity, why aren’t people not satisfy??? Because people want more superstar??? That’s greedy, Rome doesn’t build in one day.

I just think everyone would like to see Tom go over lux tax by around 9-12mil every other year and make sure that the bullpen has what it really needs, bec high lev guys who put up zeros in the 8th-9th inning are 10-14 mil now in many cases... it's time to push now to close those games out... and when PCA, Shaw, Caissie, Moises B are taking off, then yes Tom will hopefully do what's needed for a true WS type season... but for where there are now, make sure to win the 86-90 games that are there to be won, and lets use a little more of the 506mil yearly revenue... See y'all...
