Justin Timberlake arrested for DWI in the Hamptons

Justin Timberlake has been arrested for driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons, a law enforcement official told ABC News.
The arrest occurred Monday night in Sag Harbor, New York. The pop star will be in court on Tuesday.

He probably wasn't actually intoxicated. The arrest report is a copy and paste of every DUI arrest report. Cops need to stop arresting people for having red eyes and not speaking exactly the way the cop thinks someone should speak. There are lots of innocent reasons someone could have red eyes; some people have red eyes all the time due to a medical condition. A lot of the time, the cop didn't even actually observe these things, but he just says he did because it helps his case. The traffic violations probably didn't even happen. The cops were probably fishing and pulling people over for no reason, but then they have to make up a reason. Cops will make up any nonsense just to make an arrest and pad their numbers for MADD awards and NHTSA grant money. Cops lie under oath because they know there is no penalty even if they are exposed. Police perjury is rampant and fully tolerated by judges and prosecutors.
