Thank you everyone for all the kind words! I want to let you know that I do read each and every one of your comments and I'm beyond stoked so see how many of you have been inspired by these videos! I can't reply to all of you and I do see a lot of the same questions, so I'll go ahead and throw the answers up here. I don't use any sheet music and play the songs differently every time. I can read music and have studied my entire life but for popular songs like this, there's no need to use sheet music. I play a Selmer Reference 54 with a basic otto link mouthpiece. My reeds vary as I still have a hard time finding a good one...usually 1-2 per box of 5 and I rotate through Vandoren and Gonzalez.

Heard you play this song in Union Square a month ago in San Fran while on a business trip. I'm used to hearing my fair share of street musicians, but this was the first time I was stopped in my tracks and had a musician give me goosebumps. You are an amazing musician. I've been playing ya or now for 5 years and I just remember in 6th grade seeing one of your videos and sparking a passion I never thought would ever become real.
