The bleeding here is a tough one to figure out. Brock clearly struck the metal which can easily cut you open. However, at 7:05, the ref pockets something after reaching towards Brock. A blade? Maybe, but I don't think so. The remnants of a blood capsule? More likely cuz when the match ended, even after he toweled off his face, there was no more, or very little blood left on him. I'm guessing blood capsule.
