Justin, I am a leather worker and would love to get you something as thanks for all your great vids. If you have a knife that needs a sheath or something else let me know. I don't have the means to financially contribute at this time but would love to gift you something special. I think I remember you pulling out an Opinel one episode, am I right? I wear one every day and love my simple but useful belt case for it...maybe something like that. DM me if you're interested.

Love your dog my son. I'm 88 this year and your trips have allowed me to reminisce old times. Thank you for giving me faith for the younger generations of Canadians. I hope to visit Newfoundland before I croak. Spent many a good holiday there when I was in the navy. Good buddies with the Hayward family of Bonavista. Keep the faith dude.

Fantastic series. Saku is lucky to be doing what he is supposed to be doing: running free with his human friend. Dogs don't belong at the end of a leash. As for you, that was inspirational, invigorating, reminiscent, and down right entertaining. Thank you! Looking forward to the next adventures.

Justin, I have to tell you. We Immigrated from England in 1965, came over on a ship . Six straight days of nothing but gray skies and rolling gray water. Then one evening on deck I saw land, and some men were saying it was Newfoundland. That's the first time I saw those rocky hills covered in beautiful trees. It was stunning. After, the weather improved and we continued down the St. Lawrence seaway to Montreal, all the way from Southampton. I will never forget it . Warm sunny weather, incredible scenery speckled with little Quebec villages all the way down to the city. That was my biggest journey. I'm 66 , and can replay that in my mind.Oh and we brought our Manchester Terrier/ Red Setter Penny along too! Thanks . Great Memories.

Freaking AWESOME. Dude spends 50 plus days in the wilderness. I watch all these other bush craft etc. guys out for a day. They take their flints, sticks with Strings, other BS ways to start a fire. Not my dude, he just whips out a match and starts the fire, not wasting any time or trying to prove he's a descendant of Jedediah Smith or anything else. Props my man. New fan!

I know this video isn't recent, Justin, but I watch your videos in remembrance of my GrandDad who was an avid camper and taught Dad who taught us kids to "camp" .. which fostered my love of trout ! ..... We'd hike all day just to catch and cook a trout ... day hike trout cooked with a green stick trough the gills head on (gutted of course) over the fire, but if we had a pan big enough to hold the trout head off / tail on, we'd do what Granddad taught us... fry it up on both sides then lift the tail and pull down on the meat from underneath, flip, repeat... then a quick scrape across the 6 (?) chest bones to pop'm out and she's clean.... you know how kids are impatient and can't wait.... maybe that's where it came from.. idk..... thanks for bring back great memories for me ... travel safe Barbour Family !
