My love for blues came from my grandpa. When I was little my grandpa would play various songs on his record player and he sit there in a trance. I looked at him curiously asking him “ grandpa why you look so sad and happy at peace at the same time” he told me “ Buy when you get older you’ll find out that life as a man gives you the blues, Wether it be a breakup or stressful day at work. He could be the main character of a road movie sort of documentary bit real movie standards, something new but BuenaVistaSocialClub made me think of something, movie music. A great sound and visual experience through various US landscapes, there could be Justin listening to people ideas about life or anything they like, music of course, see some tradition crafting on wood, steel, leather.. classic mechanic, small farming, houses builders, maybe new pioneers. Voices, faces, instruments, tools, nature, materials, working hands... Easy to shoot several hours and record ..
