I love that you’ve mentioned prioritizing your health and body. I resonate a lot. I’ll be 30 in March but i also feel like if I don’t move I’ll feel really tired more and rusty. I have 2 kids and I’m also a single parent so I also have different life experiences that could be contributing to my overall health and how I feel in my body. It does feel good to watch your content. You’re Inspirational and a beautiful soul. I’m also a Pisces so I completely understand ME time and having space for yourself.

No he can definitely jump in the back...if he wanted to, but for some reason he refuses and acts like he cant jump. I have seen him leaping all over when we out on hikes so i know he is capapable. Just looks at me with his sad eyes "help me mom" as if he cant lol 😂

Sadly 99% of the veg from farmers markets is not grown by farmers. They order it in from a huge veg supply house. Look for the produce boxes under the tables. We used to pick it up in nc and deliver it to farmers market vendors.

Just a note that Dia De Los Muertos is a deeply spiritual and ritualistic celebration from our Precolumbian indigenous ancestors in Mexico, and it is cultural appropriation and disrespectful to our loved ones' spirits for cultural outsiders to make the art as a form of decoration and spooky aesthetic. There seems to be a lot of that these days in the stores to sell to more people around halloween (which isnt really an equation, it seems really inappropriate when it is not done by Mexican artists. Apologies if somewhere in your ancestry there is that connection, but I don't think it was in your DNA analysis video. My daughter is 5 and entering kindergarten this year, and like you say...finally having the time for self care and exercise, and to act on ideas is really amazing. Although I dislike the long hours away (and so does she). Ive been going for forest baths nearly everyday it is nice enough to do so and prioritize tending to my body now as Im about to turn 37 ! It feels so good to finally have more time than responsibilities, where I can do things that are nurturing for me.

Respectfully, in my life’s exploration- honoring ancestors while the veil is thin is also a Celtic ancestral custom. I personally don’t feel slighted if people without UK heritage honor their ancestors at this time of year by carving pumpkins (turnips traditionally) with candles in them and dressing up in costumes. I believe it’s beautiful and unifying to the human experience when we respectfully share traditions such as Christmas trees and… Blessings. ❤

@@captainman2clever351 its a specific sacred and religious practice to a certain people, which even the catholics could not rip away from us. Though they certainly tried as my ancestors were killed for not wanting to take on the religious beliefs of their oppressors. After so much has culturally been lost from indigenous peoples of mexico, asking everyone just be quiet and accept it is not in my DNA. It isn't just a cultural thing, it is a sacred spiritual practice that demands some respect... at least from respectful people. Which I would think of Juby as, according to her content. Feel free to be disrespectful as you choose, but nobody is attacking anyone here on my part. And a sacred lineage practice of connecting to the spirits of our dead loved ones, seems like a good thing to show respect for... in the same way you would show respect for graves in a cemetery and other peoples funerals.
