Not bad. I like how there's no elaborate scenery, dialogues, special wardrobe or any feeble attempt to intrude some sort of plot in it. It's just a lightsaber duel, exactly as i searched for it.

Honestly that's kinda the whole idea we have with these duels. We know we can't write any impressive stories and we never wanted to do dialogue in case it was cheesy and awful. To keep it urban and somewhat modern, we went with just normal clothes too. :)

While I appreciate neopixel lightsabers, there was a certain magical touch to the CG sabres from the prequel era. The way they stuck to each other, glowed brighter on contact, with no weird bulb effect at the tip, and no weird warping.

I took a look at your most recent duel and I was very impressed by what you guys are putting out! Very underrated. A luxury we've never had was a dedicated cameraman unfortunately. All our duels have just been setting a shot on a tripod and filming a choreographed sequence lol. Additional lighting effects are something I've considered doing for the past two duels but never wanted to take the time to learn them in AE lol.

It's awesome. The soundeffets are good the visuals are awesome and the choreography is simply fantastic. It got somewhat repetitive in a few moments and a bit of kontext should be included about whom is fighting whom and why so, but if the goal was only to showcase that the guy with the green Lightsaber is just destroying his enemies, you nailed it perfectly. So, I'd say that thre's minimal room for improvement, esecially with the costumes, they make you seem more amatureristic than you deserve to be seen but that is the biggest problem with with this epic video. You should bring up a bit of narrative (at the very least in the description) and you could mabee improve with the background a bit (mabee by cutting it out or overputting it with CGI) but simply awesome and it seems very professional. You can and should call it epic, becaues it totally is (if I had to rank this it'd be 9/10) :D.

Thanks so much! Making some sort of narrative for these duels wasn't something we really wanted to do. Very simply, they're just a fun compilation of choreographed move sets we try to make flow together by changing locations each shot.
