I've only seen people lift sumo in a powerlifting gym. No love for the sumo! It's such a useful exercise. I think most people are just afraid of deadlifts to begin with and have alot of misconceptions about the exercise. Love this series, keep it up!

At the beginning of his games career, he said lifting was his weakness, so that's why he focused so much on improving that. He had an Olympic lifter reacting to his training videos saying how great his form is. 🤷‍♀️
