Just keeping it real these last bunch of weeks just not my thing but I'm sure some out there enjoy it. Once kids came and life, work etc etc in the mid 80's I had tuned out. Hold Your Fire was really the final straw lol. Based solely on views my guess is I'm not alone but either way hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and hope the new year is the best one ever. Hmm. Live? I am thinking this was the studio for at least the voice and he was lip syncing or he’s a robot and can replicate the recording perfectly. I almost want to say the music was also recorded and pumped though the audio system. Just was too perfect. Timing, soundstage of the instruments…. As for the song and album, I was very a huge fan of REM but this album and Monster ( I think that was the name) were great and were in my rotation for a while. Live…..hmm. lol Edit***. Yup. Confirmed. This is a playback from the studio album. Not live. At least we know he’s not a robot.

Solid yes, but I remember 90's radio playing the crap out of this one; which really turn me away from any REM. Great revisit for me at this time as I can better appreciate REM now. Enjoyed!
