Hello Justin. Thank you for being an awesome man and giving us these lessons. I picked up the guitar 5 years ago and learned from your lessons. Found it to be a zen. Not aspiring to be the best I just enjoy the focus on here and now that playing the guitar gives me. I lost my motivation to play somewhere a couple of years ago. Now one month ago just broken up from a relationship an idea to start playing again sparked in my mind. I visited a guitarshop to try out some guitars and found a Yamaha that right in the store gave me that sense of calm and concentration that guitar playing used to do. Today I own that guitar and are practicing this song. I feel I have found the joy it once gave me and it feels like you are a part of my development. Just thank you for what you do, you are awesome. Words can not describe how much it means to have access to these lessons for free.

That's like the Australian national anthem, right? I live in a far-off land with lots of Australian expats. When that song gets played at the local pub, everybody jumps up and the place erupts into singing and dancing by all the Aussies. Every single time. haha!
@debm.w.45002 жыл бұрын
Can confirm. If this gets played during last orders there is not a single person who won't join in. It's the Aussie human equivalent of opening a tin of cat food, we're hard-wired to drop everything and come a-running.

I am a beginner. I have the open chords under my belt. I struggle with barre chords. Its seems like you raced through the basic version with capo and open chords. I love your rhythms. I would like to try them with capo.

Quite nice arrangemente. Might be a bit too hard but I'm getting to the point where I can take risks and even try learning more than one song "at the same time", one simpler and ohter (or parts of other) harder... Seems like a good way to improve. Tks for one more song!!
