I would be interested to see a video in how you pay your drivers and any incentives to retain the good ones. Are they paid hourly, by the load, % of truck take or what. Also what are your thought on drivers bieng employees vs subcontractors. Thanks!

I believe Justin has said in the past the drivers get a paid a % of either what the truck makes or each load and he’s always looking for drivers it seems . Drivers leave looking for Greener pastures again from what he’s said in past videos
