You've got a solid built car ... everything has to be nice and tight and fit well..when you shut the car down and coasting at the end of the track your car is alot quieter than most cars

Hey bud love the channel and glad you won that money. I noticed you have cut a hole for your thumb on your sfi safety gloves. I'm surprised the safety tech didn't catch that. Some tracks on the no prep circuit that do the safety tech for the races might not let you go with those gloves. You might want to have some that are whole on hand just in case.

What is the lever on the driver window that you unlatched at the end of the first run and was not latched on the second run ? You got me curious as to what that is for. Thanks And that first launch was on point.

I'm not 100%, but if you look @17:13 it is latched, but about @17:16 when you see the camera shake (about 200' out when he said the tires hazed) you kinda see the latch actually popped up because of the shaking. You can see the little black rubber circle thing that looks to be a sucker (maybe it keeps the window tight, so it's not losing cabin pressure and the door comes flying off? Idk) is actually up like when he flipped it up the first time. Idk brother, I'm just speculating. I'm curious as well. Take care 👍

You're right. I looked again..ha, and again, and it was latched right at the start and then with the vibration it came undone. I also noticed right after, when the angle went to the outside, that the hood sucked down (or pushed down) quite a bit. Didn't look quite right. Maybe he will chime and let us know. (as long as he leaves my dog out of it.)

The humidity is insane in Alabama! It's Hot! Pushing 140 to 154 track temps mid day, Lots of cars at Huntsville were going up in smoke 15 feet out, They hooked good but could not hold it, Time for Greasy hot as hell tune lol, If you can get it to 50 feet you got it made, I never saw so much sticky put down but we did have to dry the track but I was wondering, Can you put to much sticky on the track in high heat?... I talk to several that backed the power off at the start and they still had issues, Some Cars seem to put maximum power down pulling huge wheelies with to much traction lol... The track was hell to read, Good track but narrow groove!
