If you're using chrome it has a setting where you can have it request a windows login before autofilling passwords. I imagine thinks like lastpass should have a similar feature as well.

...curious...did both Laptops have 32GB of RAM as don't think it was defined in the video (watched a couple of times to check) - reason for the query, I've got the Lenovo Legion Slim 7i Gen 8 and it got a 13,035 Time Spy score, where in the video it gets 12,5xx, so just curious, but expect the Pro to be better overall given it's unrestricted size/namesake.

This, I honestly don't see how reviewers gloss over this. Had a pro 7i then pro 9i, and the 7i's screen is just ugly and washed out. The 9i, even with a mediocre mini led screen, is remarkable by comparison.

@@Ch3CKP0INT. I personally don’t own a yoga pro 9i; I only own the 16” Legion 7i 16IRX9 (eclipse black, RTX 4060, i9-14900HX) and 14.5” yoga pro 7 Gen 9 AMD cpu and integrated Radeon GPU. What I can tell you is, despite factory resetting and clearing the overall device manager for battery settings the Legion 7i laptop still drains in less than 45 minutes. This is despite turning on and off the dedicated graphics card and pressing F10 etc. As I need a laptop to be portable since I’m constantly always outside / on the go, it don’t make sense for me to own a gaming laptop that keeps easily draining away battery, hence I subsequently bought my 14.5” Yoga Pro 7 (2024).

The problem is the GPU, if it were the rtx 4080 in place of rtx 4070, the difference in games would be higher with i9 13900hx

slim only goes up to 4070, but Pro 7i effectively starts at 4080, that gpu have such a high performance that it will leave the slim at the dust

the lenovo legion slim 7 and 7i with all the hype are only good for gaming period. You cannot do content creation or editing due to a lack of color accuracy on the 2500 x 1600 resolution regardless of all of the positives. I do not see the benefit in laptops these day if they are not good for both gaming and content creation on some level.

I have to disagree. Ive owned two legion series. They are beast and is best bang for your buck. I used them for hours of rendering and the temp is just great.
