I remember years ago hearing this on the radio and not knowing who played it. I went to a record store and saw that EWF had a song called 'Happy Feelings', so I bought the CD. Even though EWF's song was good, I was disappointed that it wasn't THIS song.

There is nothing like a Frankie and Maze , concert, the best concerts ever. Living in Los Angeles, Ca I have been to tons of concerts and none of them have ever topped a Maze, concert. I have seen them five times in California and once in Louisiana. GOAT

This is my favorite song in the world!! I took this song to mean 'It's important to spread love and experience the feeling of happiness. There is so much ill will and turmoil in the world, it's important to have that love'. Love of self most importantly because to love self is to love the universe. Happy Feelin's is what I feel when I listen to this song and it feels like a hug with love. Timeless song! PS There is a tribute album with different artists remaking their songs. Ledisi remade "Happy Feelin's" but my personal favorite is JOE's rendition of "Can't Get Over You". My mom loved it and she was hard on remakes.

You ain’t Black if you don’t know Maze! Seen them 5 times over the years and they still bring it every time. Maze and Kool and the Gang two of the few groups who still have the original members together. Black cook outs ain’t the same without Maze playing in the backyard.
