Ayo, so happy to see people still appreciate the song and the album. Im the graff artist behind the packaging on sun rises in the east. I hand did jeru’s album lettering and I codirected the animated video for this track. I drew all the art on the animated video by hand wt markers on paper (blackbook style) i was a young graff head back then and worked closely with my photography partner, danny hastings, and jeru to bring the vision to life. Glad it stands the test of time. Keep doin your reaction vidz, its great to see new generations dissecting the poetry. His message lives on. Peace yall ✌🏻

Two things happened this morning in the shower. My hip hop playlist played both UMC's "One To Grow On" and Pete Rocks remix of "You Can't Stop The Prophet". Two of my fav productions ever. This version you reacted to is aight, but the Pete Rock remix is a top ten all time hip hop production, for me. Then I went back and watched your reaction to One To Grow On and you even mentioned if it was produced by Pete Rock. Just so I know...have you ever listened to it on your own?
