Hey Joe! If it's of any help, I used to be very anxious about birthdays too. I understand that existential feeling of time just flying by. I've figured out that instead of thinking about it as a ticking clock, I'd rather think of it as years gained (hear me out). Years gained are experiences gained, friends gained, new things learned, smiles given, hugs given, love given. It's just a matter of how you think about it...I prefer to think about the positive stuff I accumulate over time, rather than the time that's left. Hugs!

That lasts until around 50. After 50 they're markers again because you're pacing yourself to retirement at 65. Joe Do you think the sound you make when you taste something good is universal? I find it really exciting that Vancouver has all these top restaurants and only a population of 675,000 but surrounding area puts it to 3 million. So it is like NYC and San Fran and Chicago in feel.
