Fisherman's knits are usually wool (I'm an Irish gal who knits) and very warm. I usually wear mine when the temperature is cooler than 50.

This was great!! I loved the try on and style portion at the end of the thrifting. It really tied it all together. I’m a repeat offender of just buying things I like in the thrift stores and then never having anything to go with them so I def enjoyed the sticking to the list and creating outfits. An idea to cut costs for the wedding/reception plus travel/hotel costs is to choose an off day for your wedding/reception. You’ll save $$$$$ to do things on a Sunday, also consider state and national parks, beautiful settings all set for you, just add something’s to the tables and maybe some softer lighting if needed. My daughter chose a non traditional wedding day and they saved $$$$$$, also traveling costs are less on off days for anyone traveling. It all helps, saving $$$$$ one place may help you do something you couldn’t do otherwise….loved all your new clothing. Thank you for thrifting and helping to reduce carbon footprints and other waste in the dump. Best wishes to you in the planning…you’re off to a great beginning. 💕

When I purchase any belts second hand, I always spray them with disinfectant or wash them if possible… Here’s why… when using the restroom especially public ones, belts get fastened before leaving the stall. Hands are washed after business is done. Just had that thought one day when I was shopping, so I felt compelled to share. Just looking out for my thrifting sisters💕

Loved this video. The blue dress you are not sure how to style, how about a long chain style necklace down to the waist and add something tassel like that will pull the necklace to a "v" shape. Wish I could draw if for you.

That was so much fun! You got a great haul! The blue dress is my favorite! I’m always amazed at what looks like it won’t fit does fit beautifully and what we just know will fit doesn’t! It’s a good idea to bring a list along because it’s so easy to get side tracked!

Hook the belt up fist like normal, then loop it , you don't want buckles hanging down. Some great finds❤

i hang stiffer round baskets like the one you bought on the wall, with a slight tip up at the bottom and roll hand towels and such and poke them in, making a sort of flowery look with different colors, hung on the bathroom wall it looks sweet and easy to grab one out to use.

Holy cow when I got married in 1984 I weighed 115 pounds and was a size 5. I can’t even imagine being thinner than that. I was a toothpick but a zero or a two? That’s ridiculous. My anniversary is in July. 40 years.

I always have trouble matching and coordinating my colors like I want to when thrifting for clothes. If it appeals to me I get it....if it dont I won't buy.....I have to have the clothes on in front of a mirror to get my clothes matching up to my satisfaction and it looks good to me! ❤❤❤!
