I'm a night owl kinda person who usually sleeps late but the weird experience I had was when I went camping and didn't keep track of time. I noticed feeling sleepy 2hrs after sun down. When I checked the time it was only 9:45-10pm. Nature really working its magic.

True. Not getting enough sleep won't necessarily make people fatter. I lack sleep and I've always been skinny. Eating a lot and being happy will make most people fatter.

I listen to jk news everynight to help me sleep! I rotate between like 3 episodes. I tried listening to the episode where they talked about the bodyguard identifying as a vampire. But I'd be laughing too hard to sleep. Especially when Joe talked about performing at the Gilroy Garlic Festival or how they start asking for special privileges and Joe said its because vampires are vamp-dicapped Hahahahahaha!!!😂😂😂😂

If you tend to be alert at night and have trouble going to bed early, possibly the most helpful thing to do is expose your eyes to 5-20 min of early morning sunlight (before 10am), as the wavelengths of light present when the sun is at a low angle help program your circadian rhythm and correct the late cortisol pulse that disrupts sleep. Exercise, avoidance of caffeine later in the day, and general sleep hygiene are also recommended. For people who have sleep apnea like Anthony, this should be taken seriously and treated to prevent sequelae such as high blood pressure and risk of cardiovascular morbidity.

Sleep hygiene is VERY important, my tips: - don't do activities in bed that stimulate your brain/things you do while awake..so no reading, watching movies, spending a lot of time on my phone, etc. your bed is supposed to be associated with sleep so only try to sleep (and smash) in it. - get regular physical activity: exercise is very important for regulating sleep - try to have consistent bed time and wake times for consistency with amount of sleep but also your circadian rhythm... If you're always waking up and sleeping at different times it makes it hard to have restful sleep. - have a wind down or relaxation routine 30-1hr before bed to prepare your body. Have tea, hot bath or shower, read something calming, do some yoga or stretching, meditate. Do it regularly to destress and create that association. If your body gets used to a routine it will be more likely to rest and sleep better. - don't have anything sugary or that will keep you awake a certain before bed. Coffee, alcohol, sugary juices, candy, sweets and so on. Everyone's different but avoid anything that might keep you up and see how late you can have it without sleep disturbances. For instance, my boyfriend can't have alcohol right before bed or it keeps him up. I can't have anything coffee past 4pm if I want to sleep by 12:30. I try to avoid caffeine overall last 4pm. - make your room comfy and conducive for sleep. So have it at the temperature you like, have cozy blankets, have black out curtains, white noise machine and whatever helps with making you feel comfortable so you sleep easier. - try CBD-N. That shit knocked me out FAST. Anything indica usually makes me tired when I have it but sometimes makes me groggy the next day too. But CBD N didn't cause me grogginess.

Unless im at work i just sleep whenever i feel sleepy anymore. my Circadian Rhythm has been fucked for years cause iv worked every type of shift possible working fast food, retail, landscaping, mining, overnight snowmaking at ski resort and street clean up at six flags. Edit: I have glasses that have a bluelight filter on the lenses so thats how i justify going to bed watching youtube on my phone while passing out xD

Anthony please get a cpap machine! I have sleep apnea as well, i was so sleep deprived that i would fall asleep standing up. I got a cpap and it changed my life! I'm no longer sleepy during the day and in a better mood.

Well if people don't take pre-workout like Bart before workout you can sleep fine, my Jiu-jitsu classes are 7:30 pm I'm asleep within 4 hours later after class ends

You can have sleep apnea even if you aren't fat. It is still more common for obese people to have sleep apnea than healthy weight people though. I is a fat man that has sleep apnea. For us fat ones, losing weight can reduce the number of apnea periods per hour, and the severity of our apnea.

I always thought that as long as you get your 6-8 hours of sleep, it really doesn't matter when. Human beings aren't naturally nocturnal creatures so most of us avoid 3rd shift jobs. 😆
