I think nicks right with his training approach but instead of yelling at the dog, I just praise him and give him treats when he does the right thing. And when he doesn’t do the right thing I sternly tell them no once. If they continue to do it I remove the issue out of their way. If that doesn’t work I remove the dog out of the situation, if that doesn’t work I put them in time out. Eventually they’ll understand the no praise + no treat + stern voice = bad.
