In this specific case, the blackbelt is a world champion level going against a white belt. The move he used was a move he uses in competition. A white belt is not the person you would use competition moves on if you're a world champion.

Bart has apoint white belts dont know how to fall but its up to the teacher to teach too. Back in college i joined judo and bjj club in 1. The first 2 weeks were all falling. The whole 2 hour days were falling and rolling until it bacame 2nd nature to us. After that basic exercise then drill for basic techniques

100 and to that point this guy is supposed to be an instructor, you only do what your white belt is capable of. You don't fight everyone at the same level. Also what they don't mention about break falling is that it is counter intuitive to most people, when we train children we remind them a 100x a day to take the fall and use your breakfalls. People revert back to what they know which is to post our your arm or land on your elbow. Fear is the reason why people cannot learn break falling correctly. Acceptance is when you do it correctly.

Health insurance and the business will have insurance that will pay a good lump of it. But the guy will have a lien placed on him and his assets. Which means the guy wont get much of anything until the instructor dies and thats is he hasent already made a will and wrote off any possessions to other people.. like if he had a house and willed it to his son then that wouldnt be an asset.. so thats where the line will be drawn for dude to get money..
