Though I can still see why some men are completely clueless about the female body because in sex ed they manly focused on the male stuff and diseases and barely hardly anything about female reproductive system. About 95% of it was about diseases and promoting abortions and about what a girl should do to get help about being sexually assaulted.

Hey hey, couple of tips I hope you can find helpful (twice your age sis) Always have 1 pad / tampon in your bags. It helps if it comes early or if other girl needs it ^^ Remember the maximum 4h rule - you wear it, you change it. Cramps can be hard to deal with, but in my experience having a hot bottle over your tummy helps a ton. Warm showers reduce anxiety levels during this crazy hormonal week It is normal for your period to not be regular at first, but ir will get to normal after some time. This is completely natural process, nothing to be ashamed of. If someone tells you otherwise, he is not educated enough. Having period means you are healthy. Don't be ashamed to buy the products you need ❤ Hope this tips would be of some help and sorry if I have grammar and spelling mistakes. English is not my 1st language. Stay safe, stay healthy

Lack of sex ed. I still don't understand why so many people find periods disgusting. Like, its normal. I'm a man and i understand that its natural and women can't control it but for some reason people find it gross. @@dulceinestroza7846 they can actually. Its not very common but some ppl start puberty early. I actually have a friend that started puberty early and it's called precocious puberty. Its considered precocious puberty for a girl of they start puberty before the age of 8 and if a boy starts puberty before the age of 9 and is usually caused by mutations in the MKRN3 gene. U can look it up if u'd like to. It makes sense u haven't heard of it before this tho because it only happens in about 1 in 5,000 to 10,000 kids which is fairly rare

If these men men tell you that girls can control our periods? Just ask them how did they control their wet dreams in their teens when they first went in to puberty. Even if a men doesn't ejaculate with in a certain amount of time the body will eventually automatically release sperm to recreate new fresh ones. This is the main cause of boys having wet dreams.

I'm a New Zealander and I can gladly confirm that the girls' bathrooms at our schools have been supplied with free period products! There are also bins to put used pads and tampons in :) The best part is no having to sneak period products in and out of the toilets. You can just get and dispose of them without anyone knowing. Also the walls are soundproof! Bad thing is there's only four toilets for each block at my school. Two for girls and two for boys. But hey I can let that slide
