looks good man but i'm looks like his cape could be spread out to cover some of the front of his body as needed maybe try to make it one solid piece that can be pulled over the head and bunched up so its wider and made more like a cloak? maybe reference spartan cloaks a lil but i love your vids man only recently discovered your channel

I like to sew some fiber optic cables into the edge of my capes to keep a nice shape, it feels less floppy

Remember, you can still make the armor a dark silver instead of shiny black. In the show the beskar is almost chrome, and I think you should paint it that. I love this series, and it would make it a lot better if you made the color more accurate.

I think he is going to make it chrome like in the show. In the episode previously where he made the helmet he had to paint it black before he added the chrome paint

the way you describe fabrics is exactly how I describe them ha ... I never know what the heck I'm looking at or need and when you find out what it is? boiled wool? lol and I cackled at "fragile male ego". and to be fair, the pleats and "hood" on my Jyn Erso cosplay was held together with safety pins. hot glue/e6000 is a totally viable tool

@@sliceanddice5707 Yes. I'm just saying there are ways to follow this and have it not be screen accurate. But if you follow all the steps exactly you probably will get approved. There just never a guarantee and you might have to change some things up for approval. When you apply they'll usually give you a list of things to fix if there's anything you need to do.

it's black boiled wool (you might know it better as tartan ) and BTW some of the best clothing makers are male and they can sow, it's not a woman's skill. :) learn the skill become a skilled tailor and boost that male ego.
