Nice. I like your videos cause you take your time to explain the techniques and the main points. I've seen this weapon is also called "jitte". It may looks like a mispelled form of jutte, but in fact the "jit" comes from 実 (jitsu: "truth"). Hence meaning "true hand". For instance, there's a kata in Karate-do called "Jitte".
