More police, more government won't fix broken families

People who care...after a teen is charged we need to be able to go into a home without intimidating, degrading the family. With respect for privacy find out why the teen is doing wrong. Provide help for all. One problem is when the government gets involved they make you feel inhuman, dumb, stupid, unworthy. The idea is to help not finish tearing down the family. This alone keeps families from seeking counseling or getting help at all. People fear that asking for help would involve taking remaining children, drug test, accusations that you are not a good parent or a good person. Some teens may not have a structured environment, others have great parents, some single parents who don't think or know about their childs behavior. The system from the top down needs to be revamped. Stop allowing someone at the top who are only there because its a job. Allowing them to make decisions based on frustration and pressure. Choose areas they care about and prove it. Sitting in a positions just because you can, mean while the people who can help are not hired. You have to care to make a change. Change the top so they can put in place People who are on the same page. Im all for privacy but sometimes making decisions on things you can't see has a bad out come. Families are not gonna reach out, ask for help, get involved and openly allow you into their lives if they fear the government. Most government agencies, officials treat a person who needs help horribly. When you ask for help they make you the only problem and nothing works out. So why ask for help. Lets start asking why and really help.

There needs to be a special jail for any 2nd offense with counselors, training that also involves the parents. I'm sad that the character of the teens in trouble have no fear. Praying for all of you
