I know moms who let their 8 year olds play GTA and yeah, their kid is a disrespectful misbehaving bully that's been banned from other kid's parent's homes. I think it's more of a tell on the kind of parenting that's going on. Lots of yelling and hitting and lack of caring creates a kid that yells hits and can't form caring bonds. Kids are easily led to believe Santa Claus and magical sky fairies exist so parents really need to explain that games and movies are not real life.
@markmaloney81542 жыл бұрын
@@calamity0.o Your assessment of poor parenting is correct, but teaching violence in any form, even if it's make-believe, still teaches violence. What humans learn, especially kids, is put into their toolbox of potential human behavior. We are all victims of nefarious programming. Humanity has been fed a steady media diet of humans killing humans, humans exploiting humans, humans ruling over humans, and humans acting like idiots. These days, those who rule over us use television to divide us and turn us into mindless buffoons. How we are behaving is not our natural behavior; it’s what we have been taught through programming. You can see our natural behavior in very young children; when they meet one another; they don’t see an enemy; they see a friend and play together; that is our natural behavior. If you teach a child to hate, they grow up to hate; on the other hand, if you teach a child to love, they grow up to love. The reality of humanism is that we are programed to behave the way that we do. That is our Achilles heel, and it has been used against us to program us into the violent, divided, and confused civilization that we are. What we are not being taught is that life is the most precious thing that exists in the universe, and love is the most precious thing that exists in life...

Somehow the husband is involved. Wittingly or Unwittingly. Why was the brother living with them. Certainly would be interesting to find out what the dynamics in this family relationship was.

Proverbs 20: 11 Even a child is known by his deeds, whether what he does is pure and right. Try him as an adult. Sad, but the community would be put at risk if he is ever released.

Father, I ask that you wrap your arms around family and friends tonight.. Please talk to them and bring guidance into their lives with your word.. Father, I ask that you please bring healing into their lives, healing from the hurt, pain and sadness, healing from worry and anxiety, healing from depression and grief, healing from anything else that may cause harm to their body or homes.. Father, I ask that you please bring healing, comfort, and peace to their mind and heart for their loss.. I ask that you please remove the sadness and replace it with happiness, love, laughter and tears of joy, for the memories made and for the memories they can make in heaven.. Father, I ask that you please provide for any assistance or needs that they may have and I ask that you please bring blessings into their lives so that they may be a blessing for others.. In Jesus name.. I pray.. Amen!!!

Kids around here aren't stupid, we know what guns are for, most of our families hunt here, charge them as an adult.

Sad that the juvenile will probably get out when they turn 18, if not, then at 21yo. Makes no sense

His parents must be so proud. And the source of the gun? The role of the parents is shrugged off in these scenes and I don't know why. I raised two boys, knew what they were up to every day.
