I just bought this palette, which is what brought me here so many months after this video as posted and I just have to say, I've never seen anyone work with shades in the order you did and I'm totally going to try this! Not sure if you will even see/read this comment since this is an older video. Juvia's Place customer service is down right horrible. I will never purchase any of their products again.

Happy to have you as a new subscriber! I haven't had any problems with them but, I have heard bad stories from other people about their customer service in the past. Maybe you could pick them up from Ulta instead of ordering from them.
