That means no pubescent hair, no sex drive, no body odor, and no advantage over women in any contact sport. And lacking testicles of course implies that I am entirely infertile. Also interestingly no puberty means being taller. Puberty introduces ostrogen to both males and females, which caps off the bone growth plates. Without ostrogen, the bones will continue to grow throughout life without stopping. This is why precocious puberty causes people to become short. I have long since missed the opportunity for androgen treatment to give me a normal puberty, though I'm not sure that's a bad thing since I'd still be infertile either way.
