Hi. Do not fry it on high flame. Chaklis need to be made on medium temperature so that they cook slowly and evenly. High temperature will result in fast cooking with golden brown outside but undone from inside .

If Chaklis are undone inside, becomes soggy when cool down. Properly cooked Chaklis becomes more crispy when cool down. Hope I have answered your quiry properly.
