I don't do SW but I always find it interesting to see how low syn certain foods are or that some foods are syn free when you compare them to the calorie content. I don't understand how SW works but it does! It baffles my brain!!!! :) P was so cute when she was "helping" you at the beginning!!! She's such a cutie! :)

Ooh going to try the noodles, have you tried the hula hoop pufts there 3.5 syns and you get quite a lot for the syns xx they do a cinnamon fibre one now in Asda but i didn’t really like it tbh lol xx

Hi, I love noodles and mug shots as they come in handy when you need a quick food. I will not mind spending a few Syns on noodles if they taste good, that is why you can have up to 15 Syns a day. Thank you for comparing the price of Batchelors and the other ones from Home Bargains as the one form Home Bargains will be coming with me home next time I do a shop there xxx

Any ideas of low syn or healthy food to buy when your not at home? I've started a new job and take the bus which means I can't prepare a meal at home. Also I don't get a lunch break
