The m2s are super easy to perfect dodge after a while, so you're basically asking to gut Hitman damage and the style as a whole since you'll get like 50% hp bar of regennable hp while the Hitman gets perf dodged by any competent opponent. Hitman is already one of the easier ones to perfect dodge since its m2s and m1s are static and never change hands. Any counter argument is just skill issue tbh, can't deny forcing a style to use m2s as the only permanent damage leads to a ton of perf dodged dodges and stalling on part of opponents. Hitman also has terrible dash, so it cant even chase if the enemy runs away and stalls. This change would 100% gut Hitman.

I’m diamond league and have over 3,000 knockdowns.I’ve fought plenty of ppl like him he’s a typical bullet user. He throws a few light attacks until he connects. Then spams the heavy hoping for a counter so he does a lot of damage. And he’s also a dash spammer he’s not even a good dodger. You can literally beat him with slugger and use it’s slow heavy just dash to him press heavy and right after he dashes to try and dodge bc he’s so repetitive with it it’ll get him each time. And players like him never adapt it’ll keep working because he’ll always do 1 dash constantly before attacking or letting go of block and you’ll keep connecting with the heavy until you win 😂. He literally just seems to fight 1 specific way so I know it’ll work. I fought plenty of bullet scrubs in ranked and he’s just like them.
