JWT Authentication with Cookies in Express Server

Today, we will implement authentication using JSON-Web-Token in a Express.js Server. When someone will log in, We will store the JWT token in a Cookie and send it to the client side. Finally, We will create a middleware which will check Auth before it goes into any private or protected route.

Shouldnt the token be inside the Authorization header for it to be secure?

Will the cookie be in every response? And how can I attach it to all the requests from client side?

Yes, it attaches to every call to that domain afterwards until either cleared out or expires, so on the front end you don't need to do anything. He put the username in the json response because maybe he needs to display the username on the app

Hello, I'm using express-session package. When i log in, i see that there is a cookie in the response. However, when i try to make a new request to the server, I don't see the cookie in the request header. PS: I'm using Nuxt3 for client side.
