Exactly 💯 I am not facing one of these problems. My problem are totally different these problem. My mental health distracted due home responsibility, sibling's study issue, one of the major reason is poverty 😢. Social media is not main reason to distrub the mental health. The use of social media depands on you.

Very well said, but this mainly portrays the girls' perspective. It would be better if boys were also given a chance. An other side to look Social media is that it is educating the younger generation more than any other institution, and our skills have transcended those of previous generations. Jean paul sartre defines happiness as a subjective state that arises from embracing freedom and living authentically, despite the inherent challenges of existence. In short, Just be yourself , accept what you love to do and you will be happy.but remember to respectfull to others and religion.

Still, they couldn't find the exact causes of the lack of focus and happiness in Gen Z. Because you can't just simply gather youth from different classes and place them in one jar of Gen Z tags. Every young person in each class is facing different kinds of issues and problems.

Pakistan is youth bulge country. Pakistan has sixty precent young people at age of thirty and fifteen precent between the age of 15-29 year. A student after completing M.phil degree. He is going in compitative exam for job. Unemployment is the biggest issue behind mental health. Students and young people can not smile till they don't have the job. They think that they are burden on their families. A average student can not go for compitative exam. He / she wait for district jobs. But jobs are not coming at distracts level in this way they are going in overage catagory. If the educated or skilled get the jobs in their respective fields. How is this possible a young person go to mental health problems? We want to sit to close our old parents but after getting M.phil education.How is this possible we can not prepare for job test. We can not get allocation due to low number of seats . 😢 I agree with the guys's point of view but these issue are minor and elite class issue. A common man don't not facing these. 😢
