Great review. I have two JX3 hybrid saddles. This will be my third year with them. As far as I am concerned they are the best stand made!

How do u feel about the jx3 after several years , is it your go to saddle ?

What's the weight with that set up?
@JasonTome3 жыл бұрын
The JX3 weighs about 13.5 lbs on its own, then + 2.5 lbs per lone wolf stick (I use 3) so right around the 20 lbs mark with everything

@@jasonphillips1342 Weight-wise perhaps depending on what model you get, but the JX3 is much more quiet, maneuverable, and easier to get into limby trees...etc. If you haven't already, you can check out my blog review which might answer some of your questions that I wasn't able to cover as clearly in the video: www.jasonmtome.com/jx3-hybrid-saddle-review/

cool video are you still using the jx3 and would still recommend it?
@JasonTome8 ай бұрын
Thanks, yes I still use it and recommend it. I also use a Dryad Drey. Which one I use on a particular day depends on my situation. You can check out my Drey review here:jasontomeoutdoors.com/dryad-drey-review/ which compares the JX3 to the Drey

How do you clean the JX3? I used mine for four days last week hunting and it stinks! I noticed the black screw heads are rusting just from dew and moisture in the air. No scent spray didn't help...
@JasonTome2 жыл бұрын
Buying scent free detergent and soaking it for a while will work then letting it air dry outdoors. To keep it smelling scent free you can use ozone or activated carbon. I’d contact JX3 to determine if ozone is safe to use with the JX3 materials

@@JasonTome I did Jason. Here's their reply: From JX3-John, we recommend using mild soap and water with light scrubbing using a cloth, sponge, or soft bristled brush, then rinse and hang to air dry in a clean dry area away from the elements.
