Really, there is a government junior school besides my house there are 6 teachers, 3 sikshamitra and 2 cook but all the teacher didn't do anything. They always sit under tree 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Over sentimentalism. Calling a teacher by name is a wrong message. Position, age, office, ideas, ideals, principles... there are many things that need to be respected. That respect has to be expressed in appropriate language. Designation is one such. Equality doesn't consist in undermining differences. Father is father, mother mother, teacher teacher, son son, daughter daughter, student student.... They are equals as humans, and at the same time different in interrelationships. Difference doesn't mean inequality. One should not be taught to call one's mother by name. Same with teachers.
