As Floor is returning from her surgery all are deeply touched and supporting Floor as she actually recovers on stage under our eyes. This is so amazing and I am deeply touched by this. I saw them for the first time in May, and seriously, you just feel in the presence of greatness. I imagine it was similar to attending a Franz Liszt performance in his day. You know you will never see or hear better music, that this band is a once in a lifetime gathering of talent and brilliance that just defies the laws of nature. It cannot be described, only experienced. As I was leaving, I told my friend that I could now die happily. I'm a music fanatic, an old drummer, and a record collection that looks like a radio station, more CDs than most stores, and music DVD/Blu-Rays that could create a library ... and as many bands as I have loved, Nightwish is the top of the mountain, the end of the journey looking for music perfection. It's no mistake that a common statement is that the current song to which you're listening is your favorite. Tuomas does not know how to write a clinker. As always, your face lighting up is like the sun rising on a misty day/. Thanks again for sharing your journey, it lets us relive those moments in our life. You're a blessing.

I do remember i was devestated when Tarja left, and got replaced by Annette, Never seen annette p[lay live , but i did see them live again in 2015 .... I remember i had to get used to floor's interpretation of the old songs ... but now, many years later, i don't even know how i could have liked the band without floor

Great reaction! When you see them live it will change your life. Since they are from Finland, I think it’s appropriate to compare it to seeing Northern Lights for the first time. It’s a religious experience and you just want to see it over and over again and it never gets old. Hearing Ghost Love Score live was an experience that produced a new feeling in me I can’t describe (in addition to Floorgasm). 🤘❤️

I love this song and I love your reaction! Last bit was the introduction to Romanticide, your 3rd reaction to them (first time I saw you). Marko can be hilarious! And there is the story of the zipper malfunction. Floor returns to the stage a bit late. She nearly drops the mic too. During the instrumental song before this one she changed outfit, but the zipper under her left arm had a malfunction. You can see that it's not fully closed and so she is a bit late... The zipper gets fixed during the instrumental part of Ghost Love Score. You have a beautiful crush on Emppu! And on Floor! And on the whole band! Enjoy your beer!!

I am very happy that Nightwish is a European band and Floor is now going on a solo tour. So I often have the opportunity to see Nightwish and Floor live during the year.The years of concert bans during the pandemic were simply cruel.

Floor took command of those assembled here at Wacken 2013 and for the majority it would have been the first time that they had seen and heard Floor fronting this phenomenal band. Gobsmacked I think they were... "Bless the Child" is another in a long, long line of genius Nightwish compositions and here Floor breathes new life in to a Nightwish classic that pre-dates her time with the band. Marco is hilarious bless him. A beautiful, goosebump, smile filled reaction as always Jynger. You are a joy. Every song from this show was awesome! There are three of their very most popular songs that you have yet to see. They did all three at this Wacken show. However, you might want to hear the other singers’ versions first on a couple of them. Nemo is their most performed song to date, well over 600 times. All three did it regularly. Wish I Had an Angel was a hit for them. A duet with Marko. I might recommend the End of an Era version with Tarja for that. It was the last song in her last performance with the band right before they handed her “the letter”. The third is Amaranth. Floor does it superbly, but you might want to check out the video with the studio version with Anette. Maybe her best song with the band. Keep exploring Nightwish Jynger.

I am from the land of Oz. (Melbourne) Sadly Nightwish will not come to this part of the world often. Tho I do own all 4 concerts on blu-Ray. Wacken, Wembley, Buenos Aires and Tampere. All are masterful. 😉 I own not a single other live metal show on bluray. Every other band live, pales in comparison. And when a band is truly great, you do not mind watching someone else take the journey as well. Keep going. Cheers

I've seen them three times, the first time in 2004 with their original singer, Tarja, and twice with Floor. Can confirm I'm still hungover from all three concerts. It possibly doesn't help that a bootleg video of the 2004 concert I was at exists so I tend to re-watch it now and then to relive that night. I hope you get to see them live one day because their live shows are absolutely amazing. There's nothing quite like being there in person to take everything in. Just anticipate the hangover lasting a very long time!

This band is so great at composition, score, instrumentals, and vocals. Nothing better. Thank you for this reaction to another live Nightwish performance. My wife, Carol, and I got to see them live at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco on May 18th and the show was incredible. When you get a chance, it is well worth the money and the time to get there.

This song together with Wishmaster and Wish I Had An Angel were my favorites of the Tarja aera, and they bring up lovely memories of the past. I think, in those days that were signature songs of Nightwish and symphonic metal in general. And nowadays, it's just brilliant how Floor is performing these 'classics'. this is another good and heavy song i saw the tarja version which was beautiful and very cool now floor jansen who has such a beautiful and passionate, soft like butterfly and her growls and are something else too with her they got exactly what they were missing but i love how they improved the really good groove and empuu came in and that was interesting improvement he's the riff maestro those guys can weave beautiful layers of color now more so than ever

Hangover is not that bad, actually. Last time I saw them, next day I step in to elevator together with Tuomas and Troy at Tampere. Just humble men, we all said humble thanks for the gig and the music to them. They replied politely. And like in Finland, you dont make a fuss about that on site. We let them be as they are, with respect. But, going to see them again next summer. Invitation is still on...

Heya! Totally hijacking this video to talk about the Jinjer concert in Atlanta! First band was Soace of Variations from Ukraine. Lead does the growl thing and the guitarist got some melody in there. For a first act, they were solid. Not much moshing going on yet but I blame it on being early. The lead singer had a touching speech at the end. Malevolence began the violence. They were aggressive and really got the pit moving. The floor was bouncing from the bass and the bodies were flying. They probably should have been the third band up. POD gave me a chance to grab a shirt and a drink of water. I found it interesting their shirt sales were on the other side of the room from the rest of us heathens. :) Got back up to the stage area and worked up to the barricade for a crappy 45 second video of everyone getting onstage and the beginning of the onslaught. Tatiana showed up with glow in the dark spots around her eyes and platform boots with green neon. And they just blasted the place back to back to back. We got in a little kick line for, I think it was Perennial. Bring some cash to donate! :)

Have you done any Sabaton reactions yet? Floor's husband is the drummer. They mainly do songs about stories from WWI and WWII, mainly showing a unit's or a soldier's story, not the politics behind it. They have collabed with Yarnhub and have made some really great animated story videos. Most people 1st time react to "Bismark" which is about the battle of the Atlantic that sunk that ship, but "The Red Baron" animated story video is also really good. 82nd all the way is about Alvin York and is another good one. One of my favorites is the animated story video for "No Bullets Fly," you might want to get tissues for that one though.

One of my favourite songs - thanks for reacting to it. The Nightwish hangover does last quite a long time! When I walked out of Wembley Arena about 3 weeks ago, I was totally buzzing - granted, the alcohol had a little to do with it - but it was mostly down to Nightwish. Not boasting but over the last 40 years I've seen most popular bands over the decades including the famous 1986 Wembley Stadium concert by Queen -I know lots of people will disagree with me but I rate Nightwish equally so,on a par with Queen in a 'Live' setting! I've moved on btw with my Wife and her Family to a very sunny and hot island called San Andres for a few days. As always, take good care of yourself 😃

Another blast from the past, this was the opening song on their 2002 album. I think this was the first time I've seen Floor perform this one, but I know this was that famous Wacken concert, because I could recognize some of the same audience members from other videos. :) BTW, when you have your Jinjer concert, keep an eye out for opening act Space of Variations. They're another Ukrainian band, and I've become a fan after seeing them.

The most amazing part for me in the piece of music is that Floor had to constantly dial it down a lot to fit the song. 4:09 she could have absolutely slayed it but instead for the songs progression she kept it really flat!
