If there's a pretty outfit, you recommend it to the members, If there is something good to eat, you give it to the members first. That's a Leader". A great leader is someone who will put his members before him, someone who will think about his members first before anything. I love this aspect of K-Pop, the fact that JYP combined musical talent with integration strategies and businesses and built his own business from the ground up. As native Korean, I only knew JYP as one of the greatest singers/dancers but did not know he can do public speaking this well. His presentation was like Ted Talk but in more interesting way! (Mainly because I like K-pop). Nowadays YG stock is going down and hitting the rock bottom due to Burning Sun issue and JYP is blooming like a spring garden. But this is not surprising at all because with all JYPE’s effort putting into musicians so far, they deserve this. I hope JYP and his company continue to do their best to prosper/promote k-pop to the world in a right way.

True it’s very interesting to get this kind of look ‘behind the scenes’. Lee Soo Man, the chairman of SM ent. did a similar presentation mostly about where they’re going the next 5 years (SM pretty much wants to conquer the world haha, love them tho), also very insightful!

Is it bad I was more intrested in the presentation than anything else? JYP seems like a really good buisness man who knows how to captivate his audience and relay information very well. He also seems to be knowing that taking care of his artists because he knows that if they are in good health the company will do better. His variety in music is also good. He has a successful rock band to very popular boy and girl groups and solo artists. That and I hope he hires actual, good psychiatrist. Because I know a lot of Korean ones are not helpful.

I've never been more focused during a whole 25 min in a speech before, like never, even in the university. I get more and more proud of him, and the first reason is him taking care of the mental health ( Not only for his artists but also for all the employees) . I've always been a JYPE fan, since I first joined kpop. 2PM ( of course along with many other legends ) were the reasons I got into Kpop, then I discovered GOT7 and found a reason to my happiness. When I tried to look into other JYPE's artists I just fell in love with everyone of them, maybe because personality is one of the important aspects that JYP look for in every trainee or those who audition to join the company, which other Big Companies don't. I actually at some point I was afraid that the seniors in JYPE will be in the shadow after the development of the work-teams of the rookies, I was afraid that only the rookies will get these advantages, but this speech assured me that none of them will get into the shadow, and that JYP will always be proud of his artists, were they seniors or juniors. I love that. I hope JYP 2.0 and the company in general will get more and more better and that JYP will take care of all his artists without any exceptions. Thank you again. ♡ All the love from an IGOT7 and a JYP fan ♡

I don't get it, when some of here saying JYP body shaming all his trainee's... Do you ever think if JYP let his idol debut like, chubby or skinny, do you ever think the "STANDARD" in korea. Toxic fan will still body shaming them... Saying " she's to chubby " she's to skinny " that's why JYP himself being straight forward because, one's the toxic fan body shame them... It's more depressing and too much. " JYP mistreated Got7 and Day6 " did you listen carefully what does he says? There are 3 or 4 division, he divided all his group... Different management, he's not the one who promote the group, the "OWN GROUP MANAGEMENT" twice has own strategy because of own management, the way they handle twice. JYP never hold or control his every group since he's not the CEO anymore. "JYP OVERWORKED TWICE" again blame the management. If you're saying that he's the shareholders of the company, he's the one who have the power, then what's the job or part of the current CEO if JYP made the decision. JYP said, if he's still the one who manage the idol, the company will lose all the success, that's why he choosed to dropped his name as a CEO. If you don't agree with me then don't, this is just my own opinion and somehow i have the knowledge how to handle a some business, i know how to work on it, and I agree how JYPE lead the company. There's only one thing I hate JYP for. And that's for controling GOT7's music, and yes, he did that personally. It was talked about on a tv show, and by JB himself. JB said on a vlive that JYP and the company would constantly reject his songs, make him rework songs, and also JYP would rework their songs. JYP should have taken a big step back from GOT7's production like he did with Stray kids. But he didn't, and I believe that was the major factor of them leaving the company. and I will also blame JYP for not leaving the company with better staff, and just because his title isn't CEO doesn't mean he doesn't still have a large say in the company, he still owns the company, which means he still makes choices and has final say on a lot of things involving the company.
